Our cooperation may be based on one of the three models:
- minimalist model – preparation of complex project documentation. It contains set of documents (including shoping lists and financial estimates) needed to implement the approved project, however after the approval the organization and supervision of work crew is implemented by the investor.
- standard model – preparation of project documentation with the author’s supervision which means staying in touch with the contractor and supervising their work in terms of quality and compliance with the project. It happens that during renovations work complications arise and a rapid response and correction of the project is needed. One of the features is also help with ordering materials and coordinating the schedule so the work goes as smoothly as possible.
- “move in ready” model – this is the most comprehensive model -includes both of the models mentioned above, plus a complex work and logistics organization with a control of expenditure (within approved budget). This also means: placing all the orders, coordinating transportation and delivery, measures, assembly, acceptance of work of individual work teams involved in the project and organizing final cleaning. This model engages the Investor in only the decision making process and it ends with ready to move in freshly cleaned home.
